The Memorial Day Weekend in Jackson Hole Has a lot to offer. A full schedule of events keeps the town buzzing with activity. This year Jackson Hole with be celebrating the 35th Anniversary of “Old West Days.”
The Mountain Man Rendevous and Antler Rendevous are ongoing throughout the weekend at the Teton County Fairgrounds.
Don’t miss parade downtown on Saturday morning at 10am. There is a Brew Fest held on the town square on Saturday as well, which provides a good opportunity to sample some locally crafted beers.

FRIDAY, MAY 26
9am-5pm: MOUNTAIN MAN RENDEZVOUS AND TRADERS’ ROW – at the Teton County Fairgrounds: Pre-1840 Mountain Men Celebration complete with a Traders Row, Candy Cannon, Bow & Arrow Competition, Hawk & Knife Competition, and Atlatal Competition. For more information contact Betsy Johnson, 801.641.9451.
10:30am: Jackson Hole Historical Society and Museum Free Walking Tour – Meet at the center of Town Square for this fun and educational tour of historic downtown Jackson.
SATURDAY, MAY 27

10:00am: 35th ANNUAL OLD WEST DAYS PARADE – on Town Square: One of the last and best horse-drawn parades of the Old West! Enjoy mountain men, vintage vehicles, covered wagons, and the legendary gathering of gunslingers of the West!
11:30-4:00pm: OLD TOWN ENTERTAINMENT – on Town Square: Country Western Music, Kids Crafts & Activities, and more!
11:00am-5:00pm: OLD WEST BREW FEST – on Town Square: Try a sampling of an age-old craft. Enjoy a variety of beers from regional breweries. Entrance is free and beers may be traded for wooden nickels purchased at the entrance. Each token is $1. One token = one taste. Individual tokens are perfect for people who would like to swing in after the parade for a sample or two. There are special $10 and $20 packages for those who are planning to enjoy a larger variety of breweries. Commemorative mugs are $5. If you have a vintage OWD mug, remember to bring it along to help reduce waste! This event has become one of the biggest Old West Days attractions. More than a dozen regional craft breweries will gather under one tent on Jackson Town Square offering their best beers to tasters and asking for their vote, with the coveted Golden Boot Award going to the brew with the most votes.
