Jackson Hole’s High Noon Chili Cookoff wraps up the downtown events for the annual ElkFest. Each Spring a number of amateur and professional chili chef’s face off on the Town Square. Many locals look forward to this annual competition. Trophies are awarded for both the professional and amateur classes. A number of local eateries vie for bragging rights in this annual competition. The day tends to be rather social and seems to be an excellent way to get out and enjoy spring time in Jackson. You get tickets with which you can cast your vote for your favorite flavor.
