The flows are down and the water is clear. The fishing action on the Snake River has been heating up over the last few weeks. Mornings have been good. It seems as day wears into evening and the hatches increase, so does the action. Later day trips may be the way to go currently for those looking for better dry fly action. The big boys are starting to poke their heads out, which is equally exciting for the locals.
Other local waterways such as the Green River and South Fork are also fishing exceptionally well.
It is the perfect time to book a full or half day excursion and experience Jackson’s trophy waters. Let an experienced local put you on the fish. Guided trips will include water snacks & lunch on full day trip. If you have never gone before, don’t let this opportunity pass you by.
