The Jackson Hole Winterfest is an array of events held over a 2 week period in February. In its fith year momentum continues to grow as new events are added to the schedule. The community comes alive over this 2 week period.
An event not to miss out on is the annual Shriner’s Club Cutter Races on the 14th and 15th. The annual cutter races raise funds for Shriner’s Hospitals. The cutter races tend to be quite lively with a festive party like vibe. Local race fans look forward to this event each Winter, entrance is $15/person.
The following weekend, February 21st & 22nd, the Shriners will be hosting a ski joring event at the South Park location.

- 9:00am: Jackson Hole Snowmobile Races at Robertson Ranch (Seven Miles South of Jackson on Hwy 89) – Snowmobile Snocross and Oval Racing returns to Jackson. Join Xtreme Mountain Racing and Hold Fast Racing as they join forces to bring quality snocross and vintage oval racing back to the valley. Racers from Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana will battle it out on the high flying snocross track. Then move over to the oval track and cheer on the vintage racers as they battle it out on a banked 1/8 mile Nascar style track on machines that are 25 years old or older – a flash back in time. With racers from 5-years-old to 75-years-old – you’re never too young to experience the thrill of racing.

- 5:30pm Mason Club’s Wine Tasting at Center for the Arts – The event will wonderful wines, fabulous silent auction items, fun, and fellowship. Proceeds will go towards a long-term project of renovation, repair and restoration of the historic Masonic Lodge building located on King Street. Admission is $25 and includes a souvenir wine glass.
